Thank you so much for sharing this information! You are definitely my new favorite "teacher". I'm new to the Cricut world and find most videos assume we are all knowledgeable in design space. While I'm an expert with Microsoft office suite, I find Design Space a bit challenging. (Especially while trying to learn new skills with a rambunctious five year old by my side!) Your video is smooth, to the point, and no unnecessary introduction or babbling just to fill in the gaps. Also no annoying music blaring. I've learned so much here in under 20 minutes that I now have a new outlook on how far I'm willing to expand my Cricut knowledge. Thank you so much!

Friend got a new Cricut and gave me hers, this model, I havent used it, just learning, I was able to remove the pen holder that was stuck but i noticed the housing part is loose, will that cause a problem, is it broken? Thank You!
